60 VALUABLE AND PLEASANTLY SITUATED LOTS AT AUCTION.—The subscriber having laid off a portion of his ground in the village of East Liberty, in lots suitable for building, will sell the same at public auction on the premises,
On Thursday, the 12th day of April next,
at 12 o'clock. These Lots are situated in the most pleasant and healthy part of East Liberty, within three minutes walk of the Pennsylvania Railroad Station, and almost on the line of the proposed Passenger Railroad.
The Lots can be seen at any time by persons desiring to purchase, if they will call on the subscriber at his residence in East Liberty.
Cars for East Liberty leave the Pennsylvania Railroad Depot at 20 minutes past 11 o'clock; returning in the evening.
