Source:Hopkins-1905 would be perfect to demonstrate that the 1905 Carrick ordinance changed Jack Alley to Jack Way, but unfortunately plate 4 shows "Jack Al." The map was probably not updated with the new names (e.g., Woodlawn Avenue is shown as Noble Place).
Source:Hopkins-1916-vol-6 (revised 1922 and 1928), plate 22, shows "Jack Way." This label likely comes from 1916; no change is noted in the lists of changes (Historic Pittsburgh 16v06re1, 16v06re2).
