Notes:Boulevard of the Allies
Source:blvd-allies-officials: "From Stevenson street the boulevard follows the general location of old Bluff street, which was extended through to a point near Brady street from which point the highway is carried on a viaduct and its approaches. ¶ The name of Forbes street from Brady street to Craft avenue has been changed to the Boulevard of the Allies and the roadway widened and repaved. ... Features of the new improvement are the filling of the old Halkett street dump and the removal of an obsolete and worn-out bridge at this point which carried Wilmot street over the ravine. The old Lawn Street Bridge was removed and the ravine filled." The Lawn Street Bridge seems to have gone over a tiny thing called Cathedral Street, according to 1910 layer of http://esriurl.com/pittsburgh.
