Formosa Way
Neighborhoods Homewood South, Homewood West
Formosa Alley (until 1914)

This alley appears, unlabeled, in maps and plans of lots from the 1870s and early 1880s, though none give it a name.[1][2][3][4][5] It was named Formosa Alley by a city ordinance in 1881.[6] It became Formosa Way in 1914 when another ordinance changed all alleys in Pittsburgh to ways.[7]
