Felix Alley (until 1914) |
The first part of this alley was laid out in Ephraim Spahr's plan of lots in 1873, though that plan did not give it a name.[1][2] The name Felix Alley was officially established by a city ordinance in 1881.[3] It became Felix Way in 1914 when another ordinance changed all alleys in Pittsburgh to ways.[4]
