Eighth Avenue

Fallowfield Avenue in Beechview was named Eighth Avenue until 1907/1908.
Additionally, in the original plan of Pittsburgh, today's numbered avenues downtown were called streets, and the sequence included Eighth Street. This would have become Eighth Avenue in 1868, but it had disappeared by then.
