Decision Alley (1904–1914) |
This alley was laid out as Decision Alley in 1904 by William Watson Smith as part of the Ingleside Addition plan of lots.[1] It became Decision Way in 1914 when a city ordinance changed all alleys in Pittsburgh to ways.[2]
