AN ORDINANCE—Authorizing the vacation of Farel alley, from the westerly line of South Negley avenue to a point 99 feet westwardly from said South Negley avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Farel alley, from the westerly line of South Negley avenue to a point ninety-nine (99) feet westwardly from said South Negley avenue, as laid out for M. O'Hara at the request of Mrs. Frances A. O'Hara, recorded in the Recorder's office, of Allegheny county, in Plan Book, vol. 4, page 26, shall be and the same is hereby vacated.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be accepted and construed in harmony with, and as based upon the petition and agreemen [sic] of the owners of property abutting upon said vacated alley, as the same appears of record in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 3. That any ordinance or part of ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
