Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the streets, avenues and alleys marked, laid down and located on a plan known as a Plan of Part of the Eighteenth and Nineteenth wards, City of Pittsburgh, and approved by Councils November 14, 1887, and recorded in Bureau of Engineering and Surveys in a Plan Book, marked "Street Plans Approved," page 9, a copy of which is hereto attached, shall be and are hereby approved, confirmed and located, as laid out in said plan; the names, limits and widths of said streets, avenues and alleys, being as follows, to wit:
Marietta street (now Mignonette street), from Euclid street to Fairmount street, at a width of forty (40) feet; not to be located or confirmed between Negley avenue and Fairmount street.
Penn avenue, from Euclid street to Rebecca street, at a width of sixty (60) and one hundred (100) feet.
Kirkwood street, from Euclid street to Negley avenue, at a width of forty (40) feet.
Broad street, from Euclid street to Negley avenue, at a width of forty-five (45) feet.
Harvard street, from Euclid street to Negley avenue, at a width of thirty (30) feet.
