AN ORDINANCE—Authorizing the vacation of Wayne street, from Brilliant street southwardly to the north line of property of Thomas Mellon, south of Margaretta street.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Wayne street, from Brilliant street southwardly to the north line of property of Thomas Mellon, south of Margaretta street, and located in part in East Liberty Plan of streets, approved September 26th, 1870, and in part in plan of B. A. Negley estate, recorded in Deed Book vol. 370, pages 50 and 55 in Recorder's office of Allegheny County, and in part in plan of parts of the Eighteenth and Nineteenth wards, approved by Common Council October 29th, 1877, shall be and the same is hereby vacated, and said plans, so far as they may refer to said Wayne street, shall be and are hereby declared null and void.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
