Statement Showing How Highland Grew to Its Present Proportions.

Director Bigelow has prepared a statement showing in detail the purchase of land for Schenley and Highland parks. As to Highland park it shows the great amount of work performed by the director in the acquisition of that beautiful pleasure ground for the people. The statement follows:
